Question: Can I wash my car after a new paint job or repair?
Answer: Yes, you can wash your car with a soft cloth, very mild car soap and cool water only. Washing the car in the shade is also a plus. But do not use a commercial car wash or stiff brushes or sponges, as they can damage the surface. We also recommend that you do not wax or polish within 90 days, do not dry wipe your car, do not drive on gravel roads, do not use tools or scrapers on newly painted surfaces and avoid parking under trees.

Question: I was told I must take my car to a certain shop. Is this true?
Answer: No, it’s your choice where your car gets repaired. The most important consideration is to go to a shop you trust and that warranties its work.

Answer: Absolutely. The painter enters the paint code specifically for your vehicle in our computer database, and it provides the formula to mix the precise color.

Question: What do I do if I received an estimate from the insurance company that is different from the shop’s estimate?
Answer: The shop will deal with the insurance company directly to obtain all repair and cost information related to the claim.

Question: What’s the difference between OEM, Aftermarket and LKQ parts?
Answer: OEM parts are original manufacturer parts, Aftermarket are third-party produced parts and LKQ (Like Kind Quality) are used parts by the original manufacturer.
